Shipping Area and Service Overview

Shipping Area

We currently provide shipping services throughout Australia only. Shipping outside Australia is not supported at this time.

Shipping Carriers

Based on the destination address and actual shipping arrangements, we will use one of the following major carriers in Australia:

• Australia Post

• StarTrack

Fees and Tax Information

Shipping Fees

• Orders with a total value of 99 AUD or more (including 99 AUD) qualify for free shipping.

• Orders with a total value below 99 AUD are subject to a flat shipping fee of 6.99 AUD.

Tax Information

All product prices include applicable taxes. No additional tax charges are required at checkout.

Order Processing Arrangements

Order Cut-off Time

• Orders completed and paid before 6:00 PM (Australia/Sydney time) will have their processing time calculated from the same day.

• Orders completed after 6:00 PM will have their processing time calculated from the next working day.

• If an order is placed on a non-working day, processing will begin on the next working day.

Processing Time

Once an order is confirmed, the standard processing time is 1–3 business days.

Dispatch and Shipping Time

Estimated Shipping Time

After dispatch, the estimated total shipping time is 5–8 business days.
Actual arrival times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, or carrier arrangements.

Order Tracking

Once an order has been dispatched, we will provide the relevant tracking information.
Customers may use the tracking number to monitor the shipping status of their order.

Responsibility Statement

We make reasonable efforts to ensure timely order processing and shipping.
In the event of delays caused by factors beyond our control, we will assist by providing relevant shipping information but are not responsible for any indirect impact or loss.

Receiving and Inspection

Please inspect the outer packaging and the items upon receipt.
If any damage, missing items, or abnormalities are found, please record the issue promptly and contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
